We place nurses across all of the following areas within rural and regional NSW. If your background fits, we would love to hear from you.

Rural General Hospital

Broad clinical skills across medical, surgical, and emergency presentations. The primary rural placement type.

Aged Care (Regional)

Consistent demand in regional facilities. Similar requirements to metro aged care placements.

Emergency (Rural & Remote)

Extended skills and flexibility across clinical presentations required. Some facilities are the sole emergency point of care for large regional areas.

What you need

What you need to work in this specialty.

Requirement	Detail
Minimum experience	Varies dependent on the role, facility and location but best suited to nurses with at least 24 months post graduate experience.
Pre-arrival certifications	IV cannulation and medication administration competencies required.
Orientation period	Rural placements will normally offer a more structured orientation due to the fixed nature of the placement to a ward/clinical setting for a period of time.
AHPRA registration	Required before starting work. We can provide guidance and support throughout the AHPRA process.
